Interim CEO

An experienced executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Coopersmith has led companies
through complex start-up, turnaround and high-growth cycles in the technology,
professional services and media industries.
He co-founded and built a $150mm business for Sony; was founding CEO of
online payments leader WebOrder, merging it into publicly-traded Netopia;
and has served as advisor to a broad range of companies as the Managing
Director of Cypress Associates and, as a strategy and marketing consultant
for Ernst & Young. He sits on the boards of directors and advisory
boards of a number of private companies and not-for-profit agencies.
Mr. Coopersmith teaches in the MBA program at Berkeley/Haas, lecturing
on Entrepreneurship and management. He is a true Cal Bear, having received
his BA and MBA degrees at UC Berkeley.

President, Founder 
Tina Maloney's involvement in Workers' Compensation over the past twelve
years has included clinic management, strategic planning, financial management,
billing, and mergers and acquisitions. In 1998, she founded Maloney Consulting
Services, which provides consulting services to physician and hospital-based
practices with an emphasis on Workers' Compensation.
Ms. Maloney is a frequent speaker and contributor on Workers' Comp issues
for national audiences with in-depth understanding of Workers' Compensation
medical care delivery, operations, practice management, business development,
and finance. She leads the team responsible for the concept, design and
implementation of MedfoNet. Ms. Maloney is completing her Master's in
Organizational Psychology and has earned her Business Management degree
at Golden Gate University.

Medical
Advisor, Founder

Joel Renbaum, M.D. has extensive experience in the delivery and management
of work related injuries for employers in the California Market. He is
a practicing orthopedic surgeon and a well-regarded medical-legal evaluator,
with intimate industry knowledge, a strong reputation, and contacts in
the market,
Dr. Renbaum has contributed to the initial launch concepts of MedfoNet
and has been valuable in the initial sales push to industry. His clinical
practices have provided beta testing and development support for these
live products.

Director of Technology, Founder

Amul Patel has been on the front of implementing next generation strategies
and technology solutions during his fifteen year career. Mr. Patel is
driven by the challenge of turning visionary concepts to innovative/profitable
software based solutions.
Mr. Patel has held senior management/consultant positions at IBM, Bank
of America, Sema Group, PG&E and California State Automobile Association.
Mr. Patel developed the electronic commerce strategy for CSAA, the web
based EDI strategy for PG&E, served on the AAA national collaborative
software development practices committee, and has completed numerous high-profile
projects. Prior to joining MedfoNet, Mr. Patel managed the implementation
of an advanced online access and communication strategy for the Stanford
Vaden Health Clinic with integration to the Stanford Medical Center. He
earned a Bachelor of Science Degree (with Honors) in Computer Science
from the Wolverhampton University, England.

Director of Operations

Stephanie Cooper has more than a decade of experience in practice management,
Work Comp, billing, and related best practces. She works closely with
client leadership teams to analyze processes, and manage the development
of, training for, and implementation of new systems.
Ms. Cooper, a former full-time clinic manager, leads MedfoNets sales implementation
process. Ms. Cooper currently works for MedfoNet and continues to support
the clients of Maloney Consulting Services. Ms. Cooper holds a Master's
Degree in Health Systems Management.
